Who says you have to wait until the weekend to have some fun and get your groove on? Not us! Especially not with free concerts every Tuesday all summer long at the Leach Amphitheater. Sponsored by Verve Credit Union, each week will have a themed family fun time from 6-6:30 before the show. Whether you’re only here for a week or spending the better part of summer in beautiful Oshkosh, these family friendly concerts will keep you rockin’ away all night long!

July 9th – Beach Ball Night

Starting out on July 9th, StarSixNine is taking the stage and is sure to be a blast! With their amazing stage presence and Country-Rock-Pop sounds it will be almost irresistible to get up and start dancing. Richard’s School of Dance will also have students perform pieces from their upcoming program “The Greatest Show” and will have the audience join at the end for some fun.

July 16th – Orange Dream Float Night

That 90’s Band is going to hit you right in the nostalgia on the 16th of July. This group of 5 guys knows how to get a crowd going by playing all of the greatest 90’s hits, from pop and rock to grunge and gangsta. They know how to put on a great show the whole family will enjoy with props, an interactive set, and jammin tunes. If that wasn’t enough to get you through the door, there’s a luau provided by Greater Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods Inc. (GO-HNI) that will be sure to please the masses.

July 23rd – Flickin’ Chicken Night

On July 23rd, Bad Habitz is going to rock your world with their 70s and 80s inspired rock sets. This brother and sister band born in OshKosh is quickly gaining traction in the music community and is a local favorite. The American Black Belt Academy will be hosting a demonstration with their students then bringing some lucky kids from the audience to learn some self-defense moves!

July 30th – Carnival Game Night

BoomBoxx is taking the stage on July 30th with their high energy set and variety rock jams! Wear some good shoes and comfortable clothing as there’s a good chance you’ll be dancing all night long. After all, “Ain’t no party like a BoomBoxx party, cuz a BoomBoxx party don’t stop!”

August 6th – “Guess How Much” Night

45 hit songs from the 70’s and 80’s. Face melting guitar solos. A drum set you have to see to believe. If you’re not jamming to Rising Phoenix on August 6th, you’d better have a good excuse. This ultimate 70’s & 80’s rock party band is not one to miss.

August 13th – FREE T-SHIRT NIGHT!

As the last performance of the Tuesday Night Concert Series, Ask Your Mother is quite literally a show-stopper. Their genre-spanning set list and undeniable passion for performing is guaranteed to fill the night with great music that you can’t resist singing along to. To finish the series off strong, the Oshkosh Rhythm Institute will also be on grounds with their drum circles spreading rhythmic beats and share their creative spirits.

Every Tuesday music starts playing at 6:30 and the party continues until 9pm, but if you’ve got some kiddos with you, family fun sponsored by Verve Credit Union runs for a half hour before each show. There’s no outside food or beverage allowed at the Leach Amphitheater so leave your goodies behind and grab concessions inside, or a bite to eat before. Lastly, don’t mess with parking nightmares, stay at the Brayton B&B located less than a mile away from the venue!
