To our valued guests,We hope all of you are staying well during these difficult times with COVID-19. Scott and I have made the decision to remain closed until May 15th to keep our family and your family and friends as safe as possible during these times. We wanted to provide an update about the extra efforts we are doing at Brayton B&B to ensure that when you are ready to take your next adventure to Oshkosh, we can all remain healthy.
The B&B is our home and place of business. Even before COVID-19, we have always prided ourselves on adherence to strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures for each room and throughout the inn. No matter the season, all linens, glasses, robes, and towels are removed and cleaned thoroughly between guest visits. In addition, each room’s tub, sink, counter top, and floor is cleaned and sanitized to top industry standard.Given the current climate with COVID-19, we have increased the frequency with which we clean public spaces to multiple times per day. We have also decided to create a rule in which we will leave one day between guests checking in and out to make sure each room is cleaned and disinfected to the highest degree. We will also offer self check in and out for those who do not want to interact with anyone.
Ease of Isolation
Staying at Brayton B&B will make your efforts for social distancing easy and comfortable. With high-speed WiFi, you will be able to work remotely without any difficulty connecting. We also provide fresh and healthy in-room breakfasts daily, and can cater to your individual dietary needs. We also will have nightly dessert delivery. Who doesn’t need a little bit of sugar during these times? With a grocery store just a block away and plenty of amazing restaurants that are committed to pick-up and delivery during COVID-19, your stomach will be very happy during your stay in Oshkosh!
Safer Than a Hotel
Due to our small size, there is less of a chance of exposure to other people. Our small size also enables us to clean communal areas quickly and efficiently throughout the day. Finally, you always have the option of renting out our entire B&B for your whole family or close circle of friends.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Given these times have created increased uncertainty, we want to be as flexible as possible for our guests. If you cancel your trip within ten days prior to arriving, there will be no cancellation fee. For the rest of 2020, there will be no fee to reschedule your stay. We would like to invite guests who are sick or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick to take advantage of this benefit and reschedule their stay for alternate dates. It’s no secret that the hospitality industry has been hit hard by COVID-19. One way that you can help to support small businesses like ours through this time is by purchasing gift certificates. Have a loved one working the front lines in healthcare or at the grocery store?
